1. CHECK-IN TIME

All participants intending to attend the opening ceremony of the Bangkok Forum are required to arrive for check-in between 6.30 and 7.30 am.  This is to allow enough time for all participants to be seated in the auditorium before 8.00 am when the entrance will be closed.  Anyone arriving after 8.00 am will not be permitted to enter the auditorium.  This is in line with the royal protocol.

2. TWO DIFFERENT CHECK-IN AREAS

Diplomatic corps and those who registered for the entire conference (24-25 October) are requested to check in at the glass hall at the back of CU Auditorium (close to Faculty of Engineering) in order to obtain conference badge and package. Please show your photo ID to staff upon check in.

Those who registered only for the opening session (morning session of 24 October) via Zipevent’s application are requested to check in at Boromrajakumari Building at the Faculty of Arts in order to obtain a conference button. Please show your QR Code (either in your phone or print-out) and your photo ID upon check in.

Note: The organizers have sent a QR code to the email address you provided in the registration form.

3. PROPER ATTIRE

Dress code is formal, determined according to royal protocol in presence of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Civil servants and university employees who will line up to receive Her Royal Highness shall wear their white uniform. Other participants shall wear formal attire or national costumes, if they so wish. Ladies must wear knee-length skirts or dresses, not trousers. Sleeveless tops and mini-skirts will not be allowed.

4. SECURITY MEASURE

Due to strict security measures, those who have not pre-registered online and checked in with proper identification documents will not be allowed to enter the auditorium.
